1. QR entry walk

Scan each public QR start, confirm the venue opens, and verify the first blue-dot position.

2. Signal device walk

Walk past every installed device and confirm the phone silently posts matching UUID, major, minor, RSSI, and confidence.

3. Route acceptance

Run QR-to-destination trips, check barrier avoidance, then confirm accessible mode has a valid public path.

4. Phone scenario

Install the release APK, scan QR or detect an indoor signal, choose destination, request help, and verify control-room signal.

APK + server
Install the latest `deploy/NBTH-BENGHAZI.apk` on Android.
Start at QR. Confirm no Metro/developer screen appears.
Walk toward two registered signal devices and watch confidence/source change.
Change destination during the trip and confirm automatic reroute.
Open Control Analytics and confirm anonymous signal only.
